What Nexora is

Nexora is a study tool for university students. It reads your courses, deadlines and course documents from your own learning management system, and helps you keep track of your work, calculate your standing, and plan your time.

Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; if you think someone else has it, change it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile โ†’ Export or delete, which removes it and everything attached to it immediately, and you can download everything Nexora holds about you from the same place.

What Nexora is not

Nexora is not your university, and it is not an authority on your grades. It reads your course outline with the help of an AI model, and an AI reading of a document can be wrong. Every grading scheme Nexora detects is shown to you to confirm before it is used, and every calculated result is an estimate based on what you have entered.

Your official marks, your official standing, and the rules of your programme come from your university. If Nexora and your university disagree, your university is right. Do not make a decision about dropping, withdrawing from, or continuing a course on the strength of a number Nexora showed you without checking it.

Using it honestly

Nexora produces summaries, flashcards, practice questions and study plans from your own course material. What you submit for credit is your responsibility, and your university's academic integrity rules apply to you exactly as they always did. Do not use Nexora to submit work that is not yours.

Fair use

AI features cost real money per use, so they carry limits. Do not attempt to work around them, script the service, resell access, or use Nexora to read an account that is not yours. Accounts doing any of those can be suspended.

Availability

Nexora is a small service run by one person. It aims to be available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, and it depends on services it does not control โ€” your university's systems, and the AI provider it calls. To the extent the law allows, Nexora is not liable for indirect loss, and its total liability is limited to what you have paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes

These terms may change as the service does. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Nexora after that means you accept them.
